Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Terms of Use

andkon.net is a free game service operated by Andkon Inc, based in Texas.

These terms apply to andkon.net and its subdomains, whether or not you have an account.

Accounts and rules

Accounts are for people aged 13 and older. Keep your account credentials secure and provide an email address you control.

Do not cheat in multiplayer games or on ranked scores, disrupt the service, access accounts or systems without permission, or use the site unlawfully. But if you do, just keep it light and report how you did it.

Content

Games and site content belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features, games, and saved records may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that the law does not permit us to limit.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You can email andkon@andkon.com with questions or to request account closure at any time.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers andkon.net and its subdomains, whether or not you have an account.

What we collect

• Accounts: an email address, a hashed password, and a generated public name.
• Games: game activity, scores, saved progress, and preferences.
• Support: messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP addresses, browser/device details, pages visited, referring pages, visit duration, ad-blocking status, and error and email-delivery records.

We use this information to operate and secure the site, provide game features, send account emails, answer requests, and understand usage.

Who sees it

Public names, scores, and information shared in multiplayer games may be visible to other players. Account email addresses are not public.

Our hosting and service providers process information to operate the site, including technical request data when your browser connects to their services:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection. Privacy notice.
• Google Workspace: email. Google Cloud Privacy Notice.

We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information or use advertising/marketing trackers.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences, games, and analytics. Our self-hosted Matomo analytics measure visits and ad-blocking status.

The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Browser controls can restrict cookies or requests, but some features may stop working.

Deleting

Email us <andkon@andkon.com> to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of personal information. We may verify account ownership.

• Closing your account removes your sign-in credentials, password-reset links, and active-room listings.
• Your public name, account identifiers, scores, saved progress, and game records remain.
• Email addresses may remain in email-delivery logs and existing session records. Account closure does not erase analytics, other logs, correspondence, or backups.
• Analytics have no automatic expiry; some backups are retained as long-term restore points.

We handle additional deletion requests as required by applicable law.

Children

Accounts are for ages 13 and older. Children under 13 must not create accounts or submit personal information. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and remove it where required.

Changes to these terms and policy

We will post updates here with a new effective date and announce material changes on the site before they take effect.
